Become the architect of our success

We are looking for an experienced professional to collaborate with our team of designers and technologists on high-end residential projects. Your role: transform concepts into precise plans, coordinate complex technical details, and actively contribute to exceptional builds.

Working directly with clients and supporting project managers, you will play a key role in advancing projects by ensuring rigor, clarity, and efficiency at every stage. One day of remote work per week is available.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take charge of complex architectural projects from concept through to completion
  • Act as a technical reference within the team
  • Supervise and support junior and intermediate technologists
  • Ensure technical coordination with consultants and various trades
  • Actively contribute to resolving complex technical issues
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, standards, and tools
  • Advise clients and partners on the best technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

Required Skills

  • DEP in Building Design Drafting or DEC in Architectural Technology, or equivalent training combined with relevant proven experience
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in high-end or custom residential projects — a significant asset
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Natural leadership, autonomy, and strong sense of initiative
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong collaborative mindset
