Our little story
Groupe Desrochers Montpetit is more than just a business; it’s a story of passion, friendship, and determination. Unaware that they would end up on the same path, Nick, Joé, and David, two construction guys and an accountant, decided to partner up to found GDM. They began building their own homes and minor projects with an old truck, a single toolbox, and a lot of courage.
Their authentic style, family spirit, and commitment to quality quickly earned them a reputation in the region. Their determination eventually paid off, and in 2018, GDM opened a design department to assist clients in custom projects. Today, GDM employs over 100 specialized workers and plays a major role in revitalizing its region by participating in several large-scale projects.
