An existing home was completely demolished to make way for a new build designed to meet today’s architectural and functional standards. This project provided the opportunity to start from the ground up and optimize every aspect of the residence: siting, volumes, natural light, and material durability.

- Scope of Work: Complete demolition of the existing residence, excavation and site preparation by FMD Excavation, full construction of the new home, exterior masonry work, and high-end interior finishes
- Key Materials: Natural stone masonry, architectural shingle roofing, wood accents (garage doors and exterior detailing), large-format windows with black frames, and durable, timeless materials
