- Mandate: Following major damage that caused the systems to freeze during winter, the residence was entirely rebuilt. Carried out over nearly two years, the project required a complete overhaul: stripping the structure to its core, redesigning the electrical and plumbing systems, reconfiguring the layout, and executing all interior and exterior finishes.
